soli I m on unifi 30mbps as well last time paying at rm210.. I was not on unifi lite... but my contract ended d..so I can terminate.. but wat I do is .. I went to TM point (not dealer) with an initial plan to terminate and apply but the CS advice to apply 1st then terminate.. so I just follow her advice lor.. but now only sad news is the freaking ZTE 2 in 1 modem router.. I cant seems to configure it to be just a modem and use my own router. ask 100 .. they keep said u cannot do that and this they themselves confuse with modem and router.. I keep emphasize tat I m not complaining bout the router but just wan a technical guide to set up my own router and use their ZTE 2 in1 as modem. then they said cannot help as the router is not their component.. true, see whether anyone successfully upgraded to higher speed by adding RM 10 or not

Previously VIP 5, after the free upgrade, now 10mbps (Rm149) per month.

Received sms say RM10 to upgrade speed. Called 100, confirm say Rm159 > 30mbps

if like that Rm139 speed is 30mbps and STILL cheaper than my current Rm159 if I accepted the offer.
But, I asked the 100 operator, says the bonanza already ended but she sounds so unsure about the whole thing. Really doubt her understanding about this matter.

What should I do?

i feel is so unfair for those who sign up after 28/feb which do not entitled for thank you surprise.. and paying 179 for 30mbps.. new customer are now paying 139 for that.. and i chat with live chat... im not entitled for upgrade too...

planing to launch complain to mcmc.. but wonder will they care this case.. is it legal to do this?

Just called 100 and they told me must receive the SMS. Also mentioned that this RM 10 promotion is available to those signed up before 31 Oct., not sure if this is true? She also mentioned SMS being sent in batches so can wait and see, or go to TMpoint to see if can change my package to 139 package as I just signed up for less than 2 months. Will pop into TM point one of these days to enquire.

I’m now on 30 already but paying RM179. She said I can go to TM point to request for changing the package to RM139 for 30Mbps.

Upgrade from unifi lite to unifi advance 2 weeks ago..schedule for hypptv installation this morning..wait until now no ppl call. Call tm they said appointment is cancel.wtf. if we FFK last minute,tm penalty us..when they FFK,they keep quiet like nth happen

so far i just subscribed for unifi in june this year under the 30mb + ruby package for rm179 (before gst). just got the sms saying rm10 for upgrade. called 100 and was told rm189 (before gst) for 50mb + ruby + jumbo + 600mins free call. need 7 days for activation. envy those who got free upgrades during the thank you campaign. mine was still streamyx back then

Yes they give me hypptv box..when i register at tm point they said its all rm139 only including hypptv
Now when i get the bill its excluding hypptv..its rm179

I call again tm centre hotline..the tm customer service said rm139 is for internet only not include hypp tv..its separate..wtf? Hyyptv is mandatory

Its not downgrade. You're taken out the free call  (worth rm20).
The plan is still the same i.e unifi lite.

So, what he did is only remove the STD20?
Can I do that as well? Then top-up RM10 > 30mbps perhaps?
