Only been going less regular (once a week) since Nov 2006, so I've been losing muscle mass all around. Creatine came much later but it's an on-and-off thing. Currently not using any supplements, just maintaining muscle mass. Will use whey protein again when I start going to the gym a few times a week. pathetic little me, as sometime in 2003.....
