big bench =/= big chest

big bench might be = big tricep = big lats = big anterior deltoids.

your tricep were doing the benches. thats why your chest sucks. do more flies god dammit

even if u bench 100 sets but u still train in the comfort zone. u r wasting ur time. i'm only doing 8 sets for chest and i can still see growth. your intensity sucks thats why u cant stimulate your muscle for growth.

if high volume doesn't work. look into HIT. read mike mentzer, arthur jones, dorian yates, casey viator training methods

lol.. only 3x12 of sit up trice a week and u say it has nothing to do with genetics. man. congrats with the packs. ask our fellow member canopies what he have to do just to lose the inches of the waist. dont even ask him about 6 pack. he'll shoot you.

genetics la.. weightlifting/bodybuilding is all about genetics.

andy bolton the 1st man to pull 1000 pounds off the ground, pulled 500lbs, the 1st day he did deadlift.
