Hehehe,

I probably have the worst progress ever.

Fat => fit => huge => fat => fit

I hate taking photos without friends taking together so no photos of myself alone.

I was huge for awhile but then totally stop taking supplements and also stop exercising for 2 months.

Nice, I want to do that too some day down the track.

I would like to ask does anyone reckon incline benchpress more difficult than flat benchpress?

It is for me. Is it the case for anyone else?

Thanks in advance.

That's pretty amazing.

He must have really good stamina and strength too.

Carrying a 50kg log while jogging, I can't even managed 10kg of weight on my leg for too long let alone 50kg.

The supplements that I will be taking are as follows:

1. On Whey protein.

2. Creatine (depends how much bonus I get this month)

3. Natural Fat burner = Green Tea (3 cups)

I'll be using the natural fat burner as recommended in the T-nation website: 3 cups of green tea. (no joking)

no progress yet... just start from fei chai
Don't lose hope. I started out even fatter than that.

Nothing comes without hard work.

Some quotes from somebody I can't remember:

1. Remember it isn't just the destination (results) that counts but the journey as well.

2. Easy come easy go.

My turn..

My arms need more thickness overall (biceps not visible from back double biceps flex), and I need to cut down on my flab. My chest is also pretty deflated.

Target: After I sort out my CCIE Lab exam in these few months, I'll dedicate more time in the gym (compared to once a week now) and hope to regain some of my lost thickness. I'll also need to get back to hill-running on sunday mornings at FRIM to reduce the flab at my midsection.
*
No offense, but I think you biceps and triceps looks good (well at least better than mine). I seriously can't believe you can achieved that via once a week in the gym.

In addition, I would like to ask did you achieve that with or without supplements? Either way it still looks good.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

@ angrydog

You look very similar like the Rock (with that hairstyle) and also as big as he is. (from my point of view)

As I am also starting to do squats soon....I found this earlier.
Hope it helps. My friend is guiding me about squatting too =D
Good on you.

Take your time to build up the strength, don't worry too much on how many kgs you can squat.

In fact, I doubt anyone started out squating heavy on their first day or the first month for that matter.

* If you do wanna try slightly heavier by all means that's alright as well, just get your friend to spot you in squats. Some guy (back in Melbourne) taught me a method to spot people squat (it looks kinda gay) by holding the hips and slightly push upwards but it actually works.

@darklight79

Very impressive, I would think that you would definitely be qualify to compete in competitions.

Training under the GVT routine must be really difficult.....
