even if u bench 100 sets but u still train in the comfort zone. u r wasting ur time. i'm only doing 8 sets for chest and i can still see growth. your intensity sucks thats why u cant stimulate your muscle for growth.

if high volume doesn't work. look into HIT. read mike mentzer, arthur jones, dorian yates, casey viator training methods

how come one compare a male chest wif a female chest?
obviously they will look different...huhu..

1) lower chest still lacking
2) shoulders and arms still lacking compared to traps
3) fat on the abs? i dont see any, maybe your abs not hard enough so it wont show

Ok, upside down i know.... doh.gif ,no gym for long time but at home, I think im too thin phtoto taken since > 21-8-2008...ergg~~ tryin hard to get the my breast hahaha and lower pacs as well , but then still worryin abt my arms Tri and Bi-ceps , even taken protiens still no much of changes hmm....my diet sometime >I luv Mee-Goreng !! btw haha drool.gif sweat.gif

eh~ i got put up some effort u know~, atleast 3 round 12 reps sit up trice a week or weekday leh~~ flex.gif rclxub.gif , then u think where it came from huh ,if I eat eat eat all day without doing any exercise sure get fat lah~ hahahhaha. nothin to do with pure genectic whatsoever. ehehe , But my goal is to get 8 packs if my body allow me ! hahaha laugh.gif icon_question.gif

lol.. only 3x12 of sit up trice a week and u say it has nothing to do with genetics. man. congrats with the packs. ask our fellow member canopies what he have to do just to lose the inches of the waist. dont even ask him about 6 pack. he'll shoot you.
