tere's nothing unbelievable la. Just shows that U got large arms

At 15", it starts to show that "I'm rather manly and I like to go to the gym to workout"
At 16", it shows "I go to the gym and train, and I bench pretty heavy"
At 17", it says "I train, HARDCORE! And I'd compete too but I can't. My mommy don't want me wearing undies in public"
At 18", it says "Okay, U know I'm not your average man, lookit mah byseps! They big! And I be curling yaw GF in 30 rep blocks"
At 19", it says "GarghH! Me arm! Why they be weighing me down? Zomg...oh wait, they be fatceps, not byceps"

Above 20" i dono wat to lame joke about d
But i know at 26", it's called "GREG VALENTINO!"

Concentration curls? flex.gif
I see some boys in the gym, doing concentration curls like REALLY concentrated. They seem to have pretty okay bicep peaks to me. One guy looks like he only has biceps and no triceps. Guess all that concentration curls, concentrated all his muscles to his biceps. shocking.gif

Oh well!! I like triceps, I push things more than I pull things. Even if I pull, I hardly use my arms to do the work, mostly comes from the hips and legs and lats anyway. Triceps FTW!! LOL icon_rolleyes.gif

I rarely do curls....I think pullups and chinups are way better

If you want to start getting confrontational with me, it's not a very smart thing to do because you always pull things out of your ass when you try arguing. Get this.... fatcepts....don't.... count when it comes to your case. I believe T+1 and free_enuf have impressive arm development. What about you? I don't recall seeing any recent ones from you yet you start jacking off posts as if you know so much about bodybuilding. You see King83, fat people can have big arms too. Show me some definition in yours at 15.6 inches, then i will admit you have impressive development. Till then, do shut that trap of yours and keep your peace.

If I remember clearly, that lat spread pic with the red marker is still pretty vivid. =)

Oh, I most likely believe T+1 has 16 inch arms, most probably well defined.

In your case, i believe you have 15.6 arms too, 15.6 inches of fatcepts. =) Now, I'm gonna lunch to feed myself with protein. You have a nice day. =)

well bout me,been hitting gym almost 2 years, but the first year never knew what i was doing, not eating proper meals... tried solely depending on supplements for magic results without realizing food,rest,workout log and definitely not staying too long in the gym is important.. well i've learned a lot throughout my journey to perfecting myself !!

2 years back at 65kg:

after started to bulk up and focusing on generating more muscle fibre by changing workouts and eating well,the results begin to show!!

at 72kg(within 4 months):

and another 3months later(peak was 83kg):

but due to my bodyweight increasing rapidly,i had number of knee injuries due to my body weight especially playing futsal,football or tennis or anything regarding to running!! knee couldn't take my weight i suppose, so i had to reduce my bodyfat level.plus im naturally a small frame guy,small wrist,small forearm and i don't eat beef(i just started though). i was kinda nervous though since i thought i would decrease my bodysize or frame though till i found out a type workout where i could decrease my bodyfat level and trigger more muscle fibre growth as well!!

so now at 77kg a drop 6 kg plus in 6 weeks just by controlling types of food,nothing oily and change of normal dairy to skim milk!!

btw this is my dad been trying to beat his back!! old timer... he still does his workouts but not as kau when he was younger!!!
