eh wait wait...

just now i saw my nick somewhere..mm.i dun bench big dude.... i'm only benching about 220-225LBS for a 3 rep. But struggle like terribly la....it's like my ears gonna blow up and i'm gonna die under the bar. I'd get a video, but there're like so many ppl in the gym, wanna video also i shy balls....

but i'll get another deadlift video soon la, i'm also worried about my form. My friend said I was a lil wobbly while pullin the 300.

mmmm.....tell u wat la, i get the deadlift vid up and the squat vid up first. The bench vid, I really don't feel comfortable lettin u guys see me like a struggling pussyfart smashin his feet onto the floor tryin to get a little extra ...leverage.

Nxt Monday, squat vid. MMm....then nxt friday, deadlift vid. U guys too, i wanna c some vids!

wait till i show the vid first.
now i belum certified 200+ bencher (which ain't even a big deal, the big deal comes at 350lbs and above, sushi (raw lift)

and i'm not that skiny, i think it's the lighhting. I always look in the mirror, take the photo, then when the photo comes up, i'l be like 'Eh? Why so much difference one the mirror and in camera??"

EDIT: my lil sweetie is bugging me, hahaha she won't leave me alone while i was posing. And she really jumped at the moment when i took the front double bi pose. So i was swinging around hahaha.

i noticed something strange la.....my arms are currently 14.2" (no direct arm work, except triceps) BUT, my arms looked bigger at 13"(with bicep curls) Which is kinda weird 0-o

Also, i've extremely high lats, whichh makes them incredibly hard to build. Lookin at my bro's lats, his ones are somewhere about the mid ribcage, mine's really high above nearer to the chest.

and i'm very sure higher reps gives me better shape, which then gives an illlusion of me being defined and ripped. ah dun bother la, my reps hardly go over 6 anyway.

T1 ur arms are exactly like my cousins, cept his has no triceps. just biceps, and yeah he only does bicep curls. Not his fault actually, he just has a pair of dumbells so wat to do......curls pretty heavy too.
