pizzaboy, my weight is now 78kg ady. started off 70kg. put on 8 kg in 6 months. height is uhm. 170+-

i start workouts to have  a nice abs and developed my back at the same time to avoid being a hunchback. cardio sports for stamina and endurance, and  natural way to shaped my legs.

now on tricep building based on darklight79 tips and advices.

hey samuraiX, I'm having this hunchback prob too. Could you pls share how to improve?
I'm doing the usual squats, sit ups, bench press- normal things. weight still light as i just started.
My height = 180, weight= 68

means ur chest is over developed and your back is under developed when put together. balance it out. do some bent over rows or pull up if capable.

Ya, I tend to focus more on chest. Cause I can't even do 1 pull up! lol
How long for muscles to recover? Is 3 days good enough?

1-2 days is enough for recover, depends on your post workout nutrition. for back exercise dont have to be pull ups. do bent over rows. or T bar row or anything that rows

actually kirks. if i do the pose like urs in the 1st picture, i look like shit. u got teh definition man. those upper back muscle curves and stuff. i only have a piece of muscle there with fats lol
