how do you count your weight may i ask?

for barbell itself is 45lbs, with the additional of your 25lbs on each side which bring you to thel total of 95lbs(45lbs+(25lbsx2)).

for dumbell, you are only carrying a total of 80lbs if you ask me, 40lbs on each side.
