weight is EXACTLY the same

measurement, i didn't measure the first time anyway so i don't really noe

i do a bit more right armed pull-up, cuz i'm tryin to achieve a 1 arm-pull-up. Right now, using 1 left finger and 3 right fingers. Hopefully can get 1-arm pull-ups in this year.

nxt up on the list, planche, iron-cross, 10 muscle-ups, and a 265LBS bench!!

dude u read about the pull up article i posted? might help. syd increased her chin up and pull up by just following it for 1 week. no shit.

http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=459572

if u can do 12 full chin up with perfect form, which i bet u can do it already. u might wana try his pull up routine.

if your 2 arm pull up is strong enough, u should be able to do one arm. cuz if u can do 25 pull up, 1 time 1 arm pull up impossible canot. how many reps u can do now?

you've never tried one-arm-pull-ups eh?

I can do up to 18 max, so maybe one of the factors I can't do a 1-arm-pull-up is cuz I'm not strong enough, but trust me on this, it's not that easy to do a 1-arm-pull-up.

Right now I think i've been doin it too much or someting, cuz my palms are the ones suffering the most. They're torn badly.....it isn't even hardcore anymore. It's more to plain painfully damaging to my hands.

it's not the grip, AT ALL
nothing to do with my grip strength
my grip's strong enough, it's just the back strength, the coordination, the CNS that makes it so tough.

Entering 4th month since started working out now. Weight is going up extremely slow at the moment. Currently at around 61.5kg only. Working hard on abs and biceps at the moment. Switched from 3x12(over trained) to 3x5 with higher lifting poundages as per syd advice.
