Indian driver deserve punishment for punching passenger, but certain things has provoke driver at first

He might drive a long distance to pick her up at Sri Anggerik 2, heading to Times Square but passenger request driver to skip toll and use Old Klang Road, just to save the RM2 toll. Both distance is about the same, mind u it was Saturday 5pm and traffic might be heavy on OKR side.

During the conversation this young lady might have spoken something to provoke the driver, if normal cancel it won't be so serious until punching people.

This kind of case is the root of Grab policy whistling.gif

I like to ask those who have taken the old red/blue taxis before...is it common/possible to ask those drivers to make multi stops and wait for you while you go run errands?

Reason is seems a lot of riders here seem to think this is no big deal and like to ask us Grab drivers to do unplanned multi stops....

AFAIK, this kind of things never happen in countries like Singapore with a timed meter.

Multi stop means charge higher while waiting.

Bad side is don't know destination until pickup.

How to see passenger CR , i thought Grab educate we to just look at the CR on screen and not to be more than 5%?

Teksi will stop for you willingly. Meter jalan ma.

There is only one usual species that will ask you to detour and wait for them. No point guessing who. haha.

not true, this Friday alone I had two passengers ask me to detour unplanned, one young malay girl to 7e to buy water, the other Chinese Uncle ask me to send him to LRT after delivering goods to his first destination.

maybe grab can't make three place multistops? the girl had made a two stop multistops,7e was the third stop. Uncle didn't know about multi stop feature.

i've encountered this auto cancel problem after the passenger came in the car and i pressed pick-up then suddenly cancellation screen pop up

asked the passenger did he made the cancellation and he said no, and i looked at his phone it was indeed not cancelled by him.. it just showed driver cancel the trip.. WTH?

happened once to me today and once yesterday.. has anyone encounter the same problem? will call up to CS to complain later

yesterday yes i continue with the trip cause it was heavy rain and the rider agree to proceed(loss my MP incentive sad.gif )

today i just asked the rider to rebook but it pinged other driver and also i received ping from other rider so he just left my car with black face

Pick up frm location A and ETA is 9 min to destination. Just came out of the shop area another ping same place location A to pick up. 2nd rider called n ask if i am nearby.. Told him. Yes but need to drop my 1st passenger. Approx need 15 mins to come back. He ask 'then y u accept'.. WTH..! He hang up n cancelled. I drop of the 1st passenger and came back to location A to try my luck and guess what. I got his booking AGAIN! This time i was right in front of the building. I picked him. He was quite all the way i drop him.. Felt good that he is embarassed never manage to get other driver.. Karma bro... Last last dapat kat aku jugak!!

Quite some technical problems the past few days.

  • b2b with pick up point at current ride's pick up location
  • Accept b2b at 7 sec remaining but failed and lock (lucky my rider witness it)
  • Accepted a job but nothing happens after.

AR dropped drastically for the first 2 issues. A lot of cancellation due to the issues from rider too, hope they don't remark "rider asked to cancel".

For those who noticed JustGrab on your driver app, we are currently testing out this new feature and working on fine tuning it!

What is JustGrab? JustGrab will replace current ‘Flash’ feature in the app which allocate bookings to the nearest GrabCar or GrabTaxi with the same fare. It works exactly the same as ‘Flash’ – not to worry, JustGrab bookings will also be counted towards your incentives.
