Yesterday I kena grabshare University Hospital to Taman Connaught during 7.20 pm rush hour, RM16. Lucky got some surge. However jam all the way to Cheras.
Had to accept to protect AR, as I previously refused twice another request. That one also sial, same passenger ping twice (PJ Old town to puchong, I was in taman petaling 2.5km away stuck in jam).

I dont blame noob, because Grab not clear also in their example on their website (I know some examples they give more clear, but the examples changes week by week).
Also for flexi drivers, the bonus given is ADDITIONAL (eg drive 15 trips, get $100 addtitional clean), so noobs tend to confuse and think GA/GP same concept la.
Also they only mention the available and online, otherwise prorate BY THE MINUTE in the T&C, which is also hard to find.

guys urgent wanna ask if any GA end of the week Sunday AR 85.1% got any problem with grab saying AR too closer to 85% or the AR round down to below 85%? how strict is grab for eg if AR 85.0% still considered as eligible for GA incentive?

Thanks, I figured as much as the grabcar weekly reports always shows AR to two decimal places. So 85.1% means anything from 85.05-85.09 ?
Wasnt expecting to play this close especially on Sunday evening (yesterday ended at 86%), I saw your post about surge and went out for a few jobs, but due to ignore one or two long jobs have to tembus balik....

for riders, does grab have their real identity when they register to use the app? always get funny names for riders. like that even if get ban they can just use a different number.....

anyone here got their promo money from grab already? did tons of promo jobs (rm5 off per ride) from Friday to Sunday cash and credit wallet still not showing this promo top up

if you do that you lose available time during the period your app is switched off (if you're chasing incentive) as grab ambassador or grab pro driver as grab pro rate by the minute.
I sometimes switch off when I almost at the destination to minimize this pro rate.

To all Grab GA sifus:
want to ask if anyone ever had a one star rating removed/overturned on appeal? Not that I want to , but I know from personal experience how devastating a 1* rating is to your driver rating, and would like to know what steps can be taken to protect ourselves in case unfairly given 1*. Does anyone use the Eagle i EG6 offered by grab all stars?

haha I always made to wait one, normally max five minutes.. haven't had to threaten anyone to cancel because wait time exceed ten mins yet.... but the most stress for me is go to the destination customer not there because ping point selected is wrong....
... have to cari.... maybe when I'm more experienced like sifu I'll just cancel 😂 and select customer give wrong destination under the cancel reason
example klcc always got problem like this one especially when customer are Indo don't know how to use the locate button

how many ratings you have? if got like 500 or one thousand then one 1* given will only bring down rating by 0.008 or 0.004....i only one hundred ratings, each 1* will bring down rating 0.04😑😓

I cashed out my last two incentive top up amount (about rm200) from my cash wallet into Maybank with no delays, like one or two business day the amount is shown in the account already.

must be first time grab share rider, experienced one know to sit in front because of this reason, 😁😂

I think they need to change the name to grabCARPOOL or something more explicit to let riders know what they are getting into...
also people here no bother to read t&c or watch video one la....
if not first thing they should put video on how to use the app properly including putting the correct pickup and drop off location

wait what there's a tunnel?? damn that mid valley, the whole place is like a maze, even I drive there alone not on the job, still get lost or miss turning...

wonder if Grab can consider having multi criteria rating system, instead of just rating driver? Something like when you buy from ebay (see attached image).
This way everyone benefits because if customer not happy with other passenger during GS they can rate the "ride experience" 1*, but overall driver rating unaffected.
Grab also benefit because they get more detailed data from customer feedback.
Customer not burdened much because only two or three more lines for choosing stars.

This was posted clearly under T&C when your opt in for grab ambassador.... otherwise most people will just turn off app/shake leg/hide after hit three or four rides (or even ONE ride during MP).

if cancel the ride, still accepted the fare, how does that work? Grab wont penalize?
