Yesterday morning 10am pick up a rider near Sungei Way, complain Uber estimate RM110 for KLIA trip, opt for Grab instead
Anyway how to define 50% busy area to entitle incentive? i checked Usj map and there is half not covered (Usj 1 till good year court 8,9,10). |

No issue on last week incentive based on my calculation too, but i notice something in the guarantee block
Let say u online 7.18am and offline at 8am, completed 1 trip and entitled MP RM45 incentive, the calculation would be 75% of RM45 (7.15am-8am). They didn't calculate minute by minute, am i right? |
