weird...i have 12 completed trips, and 1 cancelled trip (i cancel because of no show) but my cancellation rate is still 14%...

less than 1 week driving grab, like 10% of the time get customers who dont cancel trip after they plan to leave on their own...really mad weh spent so much time and money pusing2 then call cakap sudah jalan...if they dont cancel i have to cancel myself then the cancellation rating increase jalan ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

When i check app theres at least 5 drivers at that area

honestly my area incentive only requires 4.0 and above, but i just cant bear seeing it dropping almost everyday thanks to a couple of 4 stars
