When I reached pick up point and passenger said she has cancelled the booking, and I waited for more than 5 minutes my app still didn't pop out her cancellation. Why? And eventually I cancelled as passenger no show after 6 minutes because it's wasting my MP hour. And why my cancellation rate increase?! Urgh

It's by hour block. So, your example..6:40am u accepted a trip. This means for 6am block, u got 1 trip. 6am block is not wasted.

You drop off at 7:40am.
7am block you have not picked up any trips yet.
You have 20 mins left to pick up a trip so 7am block not wasted.

haha...yala. In theory, Grabshare is good. But in reality, matches will be bloody far away. This will make passenger A wait.
Sometimes need to u-turn and jam another 20 mins to reach passenger B. Then passenger B cancel. Then you u-turn back...then you get another ping, u-turn again. LOL

Also, Passenger A might smells...passenger B will not like it.
And confirm lenglui will not be using this becos lenglui sure got money.
Only those really wanna save environment money will take Grabshare.
So, you can guess who they are....

The is a lot of flaw with the new system - GrabShare, picking up 2 person or 2 group of total stranger to share the same trip. According to the training, it should be only one headcount from either side but how can the apps really verify the actual headcount that will physically taking the ride. Assuming the rider cheated during booking and key in 1pax instead of 4 pax + another rider also has 3 pax, then total riders from both side is 7. Habissslah.

Putting 2 strangers into a same trip but different location, if either side feel unfair to drop off the other passenger first, the unhappy rider sure kill your star rating.

Pls seriously consider this before you update your Grab apps
