Just now I finally get a call from TM,and ask me to upgrade to advance plan (30mbps) with price RM 179 with free call 10 hours. But I need to consider and I also have question at here.
1)is it true that I can get 1 year warranty for anything that given by TM after upgrade to 30mbps? 2)after 2 years, will price changed to the normal price, since it is the promotion price that is RM179? 3)can I request for change my hypp tv STB because my one is too old already. Then she give me one day to consider it. Can somebody reply me please? |

You can always sabotage the STB n claim warranty. |

I am not satisfy with the upgrade from VIP5 to Advance 30. I have to pay more now monthly, but the speed is not necessarily faster.
Streaming movies is still slow and a lot of buffering. Do you download movies? If yes, can recommend where do you download or stream from? :) |

Hello any sifus here please way in, just have my Unifi 30mbps set up this morning, however around 7pm I've lost all internet connections (including hypp TV).
Switched the modem&router on and off, but the modem only has LAN light on, with the router having INTERNET light red. Solutions? |

Exactly, that's when I started to torrent then 1 year later upgraded to 1Mbps. No need to worry, phones cannot call in. |

QUOTE(jusbella @ Jan 18 2016, 08:28 PM) previously was ON? Probably so? I'm not too sure but I didn't tamper with their setup since the technician installed it.If yes meaning its fiber cable issue, check ur inside fiber cable and TM pole outside cable too.. Cable seems intact, the pole is still there too lol. |
