Hello any sifus here please way in, just have my Unifi 30mbps set up this morning, however around 7pm I've lost all internet connections (including hypp TV).
Switched the modem&router on and off, but the modem only has LAN light on, with the router having INTERNET light red.
Solutions?

I'm not too sure but I didn't tamper with their setup since the technician installed it. Cable seems intact, the pole is still there too lol.

just got my connection fixed. turns out the connector for the fiber line was faulty, so the TM troubleshooter just did a change and it fixed the problem.
damn contractors give lousy parts.
