1month on ON serious mass. workout like usual 3 days in a week.

my weight on 20jan2008 = 61kg
weight as at today 11feb2008 =65kg.

one thing for sure the chest is slightly larger, but then so does the tummy too. the race bettwen tummy and chest who is bigger, tummy always wins first.
