Cant weight gain also.
Wonder need to invest in whey or not.

I took 2 eggs, oat, milo, meat, soy protein eveyrday...
Still cant gain weight... cy6ex or any anyone can give me more suggestion? |

I wont give up. Will consume more food including fruits.
And will excercise on schedule. Perhaps wanna try other weight gain powder. |

Gain Weight Corner...
