Every morning:
2 spoons milo,
2 spoons Oat,
2 tea spoon glucose,
1 tea spoon milk powder...

Cant weight gain also.
Wonder need to invest in whey or not.

I took 2 eggs, oat, milo, meat, soy protein eveyrday...
Still cant gain weight...
cy6ex or any anyone can give me more suggestion?

I wont give up. Will consume more food including fruits.
And will excercise on schedule. Perhaps wanna try other weight gain powder.

Gain Weight Corner...
I have a question to those who trying to gain weight and mass.
Do you guys bloat because of too much food or dairy product intake such as whey?
Or perhaps just me, a sign of lactose intolerant? sweat.gif

How old are you? When you take the supplements, do you workout? Learn the basic eating split meals 5-6 times a day.
And do more researching and reading, many threads around here.
