The guy in MV was like begging me so badly and I told him I'm already an existing customer, he won't get commission. He said he still gets and I agreed to sign the new VS since it is not bad looking la. Got a free tumbler and 30000 points. laugh.gif

If I want to change to different card, say from visa platinum to something else. How do I do it?

Hi, I have the Platinum card for about 5 months now, and been spending a lot at Mid Valley... When will the 8x points be reflected on my card? Or is it only valid for shopping, not dining?

Was going to cancel my HSBC Amanah (applied and got RM500 Lazada voucher in previous promo, April this year), logged in to check balance, and got a HSBC Get Cash Promotion amount credited in 18th September.

Any way to check previous promos? Only one I can find is https://sp.hsbc.com.my/5?WABFormEntryComman...MYH_5MIN_CB_LPR but my last >500 spend was June 21st....

Today I applied for HSBC MPower card to get the RM500 Lazada voucher. HSBC told me it's partially approved. I really hope it will be approved this time, after I got rejected earlier this year. I waited 6 months for this moment!

You can call CS to check your CL. Do manual calculation, it will be exactly 60% of your CL.

To reset the online banking, I need the telebanking PIN. Problem is I forgot what's my telebanking PIN. I called 1300 88 1388 but could't find any option to reset it. Even called the customer service and they told me to call 1300 88 1388 to reset the telebanking PIN.

Any help here?

EDIT: Okay, called again to reset TPIN, then reset on the website to get the confirmation number, then kena call again to reset the online banking password. So ma fan sweat.gif
