Last week received their call to confirm all with my details,
without sending them any docs, they said will process my application, didnt ask docs from me. they will request afterward? |

HSBC banker call me to proceed my application, without ask me to send any supporting documents, said that will proceed, is it normal? Lol

I tried 2 times for apply.
Everytimes CS/agent so fast to call back verify info and application throughout the phone, and mentioned that no documents is needed for submission. then after that no sound already totally. approve or reject also no sound. >.< |

real case by my friend :
new card holder approved, and applied for 0% 3 months BT & 1.99% 6 months BT. and the agent did mention to her about the retail transaction during BT period, this one ok she clear about that. comes to BT, she do BT 2k for 3 months, 4k for 6 months. she paid RM 1.3k per month. 3 months already up to now, but CS told her the installment will be settled the HIGHER BT 1st (so is settle the 4k 1st), at the end after 3 months, mean her 3 months BT have NO PAYMENT RECORD AT ALL, even she did paid. CS tell her either do early settlement or else the 2k will be charged 18% interest. CS never mentioned, should her complain? |
