Sounds good to reapply again for the cash back. I cancelled my card last year's Oct.

I applied the Amanah MPower Plat via online and I already sent my documents to the email and even uploaded my documents via the online link on their site.

Today still received email to remind me to submit my supporting documents.

Do I really need to call them to check out? I really hate calling them. This time I re-applied is just for the RM 250 cash back.

I have just uploaded again yesterday. Twice.
I guess I will email again.

I have just submitted my documents for the 6th time and this time in the email I indicated I'm really unhappy about this whole thing. They can ignore my application as I'm no longer interested.

Few days ago, there was a bank staff called to ask me to submit my documents and I told her I have done so for so many times. She said she will check if that's the case.

Received no calls until today.

I don't mind waiting but don't every 2 days and send me an email to remind me to upload documents which I have done so. Not sure their server is that bad or what.

I always cancel my cards as well if I feel I won't be benefited at all.
My applications with other banks have been quite smooth.

If you are worried, then just keep it for 6 months.

It's at the left bottom, there is a menu for Quick Access and there is this link "Submit Supporting Documents For Credit Card Application".

I think you can use my link because you will need to fill in the reference no. as well.

You may need to upload for few times like I did.
Anyway, after my last email, I don't receive the reminders anymore. Let's see.
