get 80 and get cash promo, already credited but seems like not reasonable, only get rm 8 and rm5, note that it is first come first serve, but still... will call to cs for further clarification. think to cancel the card if no valid justification, feels like cheated anyway. haha

I face the same situation in 2016 , spend few thousand and expect to get few hundred CB from the so called 1st come 1st serve cash back
but end up getting 0 CB. From then on any 1st come 1st serve from HSBC I will not take part . So "fishy" and "non-transparent"..

Recently they have these Guarantee CB of RM50 for 2500 spent only I take part, and the fulfillment was delay for more than one month,
after calling the CS for 3 time and just saw the CB of rm100 in my account. Each time calling their CS will have difficulty looking for the
right CB campaign and query whether i have register via SMS for the campaign, very very unprofessional. Will avoid any such campaign
in future.

First time having credit card account at different bank than saving account here (cc at hsbc, saving at maybank) and new in using hsbc online banking.

This morning i transferred money from maybank account to hsbc cc account, selected instant transfer. How do i check whether the hsbc cc account received the money? Because when i log in to hsbc few minutes after the transfer I didn't see anything that indicated the transfer.

Check again 1 or 2 day after.
System will take some time to reflect your payment transaction

I would like to know,
Hsbc visa platinum / amanah mpower platinum card annual fees are automatically waived with 12 swipes,
It has to be 1 swipe per month or total 12 swipes in a year can?

From their website (pg 38)
https://www.hsbc.com.my/1/PA_ES_Content_Mgm...iff_charges.pdf

It shows that ‘one swipe per month’.

And I just received mpower platinum card,
Wanna double confirm first year annual fees will be waived?

Thank you very much

Just asked the staff on the phone for my card application just now..there 2 scenario...

Scenario 1
At least 1 swipe a month consecutively for 12 months you're entitled for auto annual fee waiver.

Scenario 2
Did not swipe once every month. However, accumulated at least 12 swipe over 12 months. You have to call HSBC to waive the annual fee.
