Login to the Skyworth modem, the authentication details are labeled on the bottom. You need to configure manual IP at your PC.
The QoS is enabled by default, disable them.
It should fix your issue.
Hey man thanks for taking your time to reply to my issue. I have gone into the modem and disabled the QoS. I am still having the same exact issue with both routers as i described earlier.Try this:
