ok 1st you must understand ya, the normal time to take for activation is 2-5 hours depends on UMOBILE system

and their STAFF WORKING HOUR is 10am- 10pm, so if you register on 7pm after, might have a result the line activated on next day 12pm, understand ? cool2.gif

I'd wish to express my disappointment with U-mobile. I went to one of their outlets to sign up for the Samsung Galaxy S3 U28 plan (MNP from Maxis). They said the stock will be there during the weekend but nope, the stock didnt arrive.

I went there again the following week (after 8 days) and still they said the stock has not arrived.

They finally called me today, saying that the S3 has arrived. When I reached there, the salesperson who served me told me that U28 plan would not be available effective 1st of Aug and if I were to MNP now which would take up to 3 days, I would not be entitled for the U28 plan. If that is the case, why didn't they tell me earlier during my earlier visits? And there is no announcement whatsoever on their website.

you may request any of the umobile service provider here to mnp your existing digi -> umobile prepaid / postpaid

go to see their signature, and visit their post then you might know the answer

to answer the easy Q first... yes, can port the number to u-mobile. i have done that with one of my numbers.

to answer your other Q... i ported that one number from Digi to UMobile. another number, waiting for contract to expire before deciding.

the thing with Digi is... they cap two things -- download speed & monthly download. speed is capped at about 728kbps... you can sometimes get slightly more than 1000kbps. the monthly quota... depends on your package. the problem for me is... the speed cap. this means even if your phone can supposed high speed download, you can't do it coz... digi is putting speed limit!

i'm not sure if digi is going to change that once they finish the nationwide LTE upgrade (supposedly la)... i feel it's pointless to have limits on speed and quota. i dun mind quota... but the speed... it means that i spend extra time on the network downloading something... when if i have faster speed, i can finish faster.

but u mobile... good only at klang valley and maybe 1-2 bigger cities in MY.

my advice -- go get a prepaid pack from 7-11. costs only like rm8 and you have rm5 credit. test out the coverage at your regular locations. if you get the data coverage, etc... then good la. means get ready to port...

i have reached like 6mbps on umobile... it can be that fast! biggrin.gif

i am using digi and umobile now. digi as my main line and umobile as my spare line.

digi coverage sucks big time, really is yesterday network technology.... internet speed u also know la.... 900+- kbps only. good for digi is only 1 thing... cheap. nothing else.... u wont get any heart attack.

umobile is good , i can tell u almost every where got coverage... those no h+ signal umobile will in 2g mode..still can makes call, at least better then digi.

speed for umobile i didnt hit 9+mbps... 10 times faster then digi...

i think digi main competitor is not clcom or maxis...is umobile... umobile offer cheap and fast as well... take their u58 plan + s3 for 2 years contract and digi 48 / 68 plan with 2 yrs contract u will know.

all telco will charge full month once 1st of the month started, meaning today you terminate = 31st august terminate

MNP just need the owner photo copy of IC, registered address with previous telco, you can request any umobile service provider to help you to do so including me cool2.gif

Because i going to college so i potong my streamyx because not always at home only sem break, now i regret already.

1st time i using digi BB RM108/month, 6GB or 10GB i forget already, i giving 60/100 rating only. Overall is ok, but a little bit expensive.

In May this year, i bought the Digi 384Kbps unlimited thats all i know, forget what name already, RM3 per day quite expensive, but no choice, i only using 1 month (RM90) and unlimited download somemore, this is the best plan i had bought from digi. (I tried prepaid Mobile sim can subscribe this plan @ rm3/day)

This august semaster break, i forget to take my sim card back to home town, so i use my bro's sim card to subscribe monthly plan, which is RM30 @ 300MB ONLY, the speed after quota straight down to 64kbps from 1mbps

After that i bought Digi for Tablet, 500MB/25 Day and the seller never said over quota CANT USE ANYMORE, EVEN TOP UP QUOTA, NEED TO WAIT 25 DAY........ I straight throw away the sim card.

So until yesterday, i unsubscribe the Monthly 300MB plan and subscribe 1 Day RM3 one, i though the speed will get 384K but now, 100MB @ 64KBPS ONLY !

*This is my own experience to digi smart choice's services, not everyone were same. vmad.gif
I want to bullshet these BB service D and M sucking money from customer, they think 100MB can download FULL 1080P movie LOL

When you are out of U Mobile coverage, falls back to Celcom coverage.

Hi there,
I'm using the 42Mbps USB modem with RM128 plan
Is it just me or I couldn't download anything from ORON?
Strangely whatever download page that I try to open ended up page could not be displayed
But if I go to Oron.com I can view the page just fine

Is umobile blocking ORON? Hmmm.....

Hi, i juz now topup RM30 to subscribe U28 broadband. But i got this sms when trying to subscribe u28 "ur prepaid account does not have enough credit balance or prepaid validity to subscribe to this service. kindly reload and try again. tq"

I check the credit balance and stated RM30 but my account expiry shows 27/7/2012. If someone here know how to solve this problem, please assist me. Thanks.

Just discover that my account has been passive. Can i activate back a passive account?

Hi, want to ask something about the prepaid top up 15% bonus.

For eg, we top up RM10, make IDD call, then top up RM100. We supposed to get RM15 bonus right?

Then following month top up another RM100, are we supposed to get RM15 bonus?

still valid ?

what no to press before dial ? 1310+16502530000
and how long is the 15% availability before expired ?
ie : i reload on 1/9/2012, i need to make IDD call within 1 day, 1week or 2weeks or etc etc...
*
yeap still valid, just called them last week biggrin.gif . if you want to use the budget IDD (the 1310 at the front) just straight away 1310 16502530000, dont have to put the + sign. Budget IDD is only available when the phone is in 3G network.

it is pretty cheap though, used to call my friends in Australia and China with it, but then Viber came along, much clearer than normal phone call tongue.gif

I just switched my phone to 2G and now i'm connected to My Maxis... i did a manual network search i'm able to get connected to MY Celcom... looks like U Mobile has started their migration to Maxis... but i only able to get hooked to Maxis 2G not 3G yet...

after a few test i found my that when i use My Maxis the internet is faster then My Celcom...

Anyone else can get connected to My Maxis 2G with their U Mobile Simcard?

got 2 option,
1. At Mobile network settings, select Network mode to WCDMA only. In this mode, no matter where you are, you will be only in 3G. So if no network, it will no coverage at all. No auto to 2G celcom.

2. get the widget got airplane mode/flight mode. Or mobile network widget. Turn it on and off again. It take 10 sec, faster than you search the network by manually.
*
tried on on my S2 and also GNote -- press & hold power button to get the option to restart/ airplane mode/ etc.

selected airplane mode. then disabled airplane mode. din work. still at roaming.

then tried disabling the data mode (using the same power button method). also din work.

seems have to go to settings --> network... *sigh* so troublesome.

i just receive 15% bonus today when i top up yesterday and make a IDD call after top up, i top up RM30 and today get RM4.50 as bonus of 15%,.. nice thumbup.gif

roaming to maxis 2G modem way better than roaming to celcom2g modem . as of in the lift maxis 2G stronger than celcom 2G in my area here,.. and also overnight using battery less,.. and main thing is maxis2G edge E faster than celcom 2G EDGE.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

maybe this is the catch (call immediately)...

also could be i have called overseas toll-free number that not qualify?

no wonder postpaid also wanna switch to prepaid now, hehe

reload RM60, bonus RM9, minus RM1 let say spent on budget IDD, balance RM68 still can subscribe 5GB 3G monthly plan already.

direct calling always more effective than sending email.

calling got recorded, cannot pretend never receive ur complaints.

i did once call up for call dropping issue, the cs replied immediately will send technician to check up, next day already solve.

Probably result of Umobile changing their partnership from Celcom to Maxis

best way to test it is to get a prepaid U Mobile sim card and test it with your smartphone or usb modem with speedtest.net or downloading drivers. That is what I did to test it out.

i don't think it is 'changed'. u should be viewing the umobile own network name: it has 3G Umobile & 2G Umobile.

that's true, don't commit to postpaid plan (particularly with fixed contract terms one). umobile prepaid pack just RM8, maxis now also got RM5/pack, Digi also come out prepaid smartplan and prepaid internet RM30/month right? use these prepaid tool to help u discover which best for ur area instead of asking anyone else (unless he/she is ur neighbour). for wireless connection, we can't rely on what other ppl say (different place/different environment condition), only can confirm it by using it urself at ur own place.

if you are really concerned about the data usage and want to squeeze everything out of it, you can use Opera, enable the Turbo function and block images, and also block flash content using flashblock, also block ads on ad heavy sites with adblock.

for chrome, you can use flashblock, adblock, and disable images here chrome://settings/content

opera use less data than chrome as everything is compressed through their server (except for https sites i think). I use opera when i am very close to hitting the data cap, lol otherwise chrome is my choice

Well I've already tried the 384kbps RM3/day and yes it does reach that speed. So was wondering how would U-mobile be on Edge(2G)?

U-Mobile Prepaid pack is RM8 right? Any daily plan to test out the speed? or only the RM28/month plan available?

so how umobile perform in miri now? by using dc-hspa+ class modem here in kl (at my using spot) can get average 13~15mbps, last time using a hspa+ class modem getting around 6~7mbps, finally knowing the true power of dc-hspa+ network (dual channel, hehe). if miri also got umobile network already, really no regret going for it.

anyone noticed the speed has dropped? previously able to get like 3Mbps but lately, less than 1 mbps.

also, lately, when I search network, u mobile 3g no longer appears as the name. only u mobile or u mobile 2g. I'm now wondering if u mobile had started to ride on Maxis backbone, but with throttled speed.

Hi people.

I would like to ask about about the Umobile BB prepaid plan.

They say it includes 300mb or 600mb extra data usage, meaning I can use whatsapp and surf on internet right without charges right?

refer:http://www.u.com.my/blackberry/prepaid

Thanks!

speed not so ok for me... at the same place where i used to be able to get 3-4mbps... now only about 1mbps.

anyway, was told by u mobile that they are transitioning to maxis. supposedly for data too... meaning nation-wide data coverage now?!? <-- i didn't ask to confirm...

Hey guys..Just need some recommendation..I am leaving to UK soon for studies on scholarships and I need to consistently keep in touch with my gf from Malaysia..But the thing is both of us are poor fags which could only have a budget of less than rm40 per month for a broadband package..Only requires simple usage of viber and whatsapp..Would it be good to take the U28 plan or the broadband plan for 7.2Mbps then connect it using mobile phones or wifi? She has a smart phone too btw..

if really sufficient with 1gb data, it is fine with that u28 plan with SMARTPHONE or 7.2mbps modem

bad?

at my place, umobile is far outperform maxis. with dc-hspa+ MF680 getting 15mbps speed, while put same modem on maxis only can get 8.xxMbps. Yesterday done a new testing method, confirm both umobile and maxis also running DC-HSPA+ network in my place (thus both are the max dc-hspa+ speed here), tomorrow if got time will post out a more convincing way to verify network standard and quality in a new thread. share it out.

speed is the same for all plans, best way to test it out at your place is to get purchase a prepaid number and use it to test the coverage in your area. speed depends on location (coverage) and the device used. with my Desire z, max speed i can get was around 8mbps

and yes you can keep your existing number, just tell them you want to MNP

Prepaid can only roam in Singapore. For Postpaid, you must register with umobile and pay a deposit before you can roam...

i normally top up RM50 then did IDD call straight after that and get RM7 on the next day after 24 hour straight,..
*
i top-up at 2pm on 7/9. made idd call at 4pm 8/9.
wait until 10pm 9/9 still no 15% bonus.
so i call them, they said top-up, then make idd call, then top-up again within 24 hours...
so the 2nd top-up will get 15% bonus
work like that kaaa...

next time remember ask the customer service personnel name/number when getting some info u feel not quite true, otherwise if u call up again for further clarification then being asked by another cs who told u that previously then can't report it...

If you are prepaid, make your IDD call from a place with 3G using 1310 budget, call Singapore, Hong Kong only 14 cents/min. I spoke less than 30 seconds and paid 7 cents to get the 15% bonus.

Not sure about post paid, but I guess should be the same...

How to deactivate u28 prepaid?
*
As what i know is:

-if your credit limit is less than rm28, the auto renewal will not carry on, means that the u28 will deactivate upon yr due date.

-if your credit limit is still more than rm28, like that u can contact the customer service to help u.

Once, type in the number, it stated the device not available for the service.

My fren is using Dell Streak 5. Anyone? any idea?

why you are subscribing 20gb plan b4 testing your coverage ?

anyway, most of the time while others are ok with it only you suffering meaning either your sim got problem, or your ipad got problem, may use another sim to try your IPAD or use another IPAD to try your sim
... else the same problem would happen on every1, no point just frustrated there, we just wanna enjoy using the service, but we can't depends on MOST OF THE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, trust me they can't help but only reset your line..

I really hope they can start improving the coverage in Penang area now.
The package is really attractive and best bang for bucks, too bad the coverage is extremely disappointing.

The U28 is this right:

The prepaid is this:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Which one is the best?
Since U28 has 1GB and after quota will reduce to 64kbps...
But UMI (unlimited mobile internet) will be usage fair policy after 500mb isn't it?

i think umobile provide a flexibility here to suite different personal needs.

u28: 1GB, free 100sms, no free voice calling.

prepaid 28: 500MB, free 30sms, free 100min calling.

if no much internet activities, seems prepaid better. (after quota, both are believed at 64kbps)

just wonder what if a person prepaid first subscribe RM28 package, then also subscribe RM40/68 data 2GB/5GB , is that allowable?

Hi everyone,

I just signed up U Mobile 7.2Mbps broadband plan RM 40 per month and RM 100 activation. My place in SS3 Petaling Jaya gets 3 bars reception and speed test show download about 2.5 Mbps, upload 1.5 Mbps. Web browsing is OK, but I seem to have some problem with video call on Skype. The sound is OK and I can see the other person's video but they can't see me and Skype says very low connection speed. I thought if 2.5 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps download should be more than enough for Skype video call?

Any U mobile 7.2 Mbps users here can share their experience whether the Skype video call works for them? Or got the same problem?

Cheers!

better clear some outstanding and keep the outstanding of celcom bill below RM 30, so they can mnp to umobile

then pay the next celcom latest bill later

ya, forgot you also offer mnp service.

at least got 2 members offering umobile service (rarely see umobile service pop up in online community), interested parties no need travel long way to umobile center and queue, member should be appreciate this loh. (later on we all can roam on Maxis 3G network already, maybe just next month, that time mnp may take more days to complete.)

coolstore was lucky already la cool2.gif

my record was 3 hours last year august, now good luck would 3 days, unlucky would take more than 15 days (IF ALL INFORMATION CORRECT)

sometime DIGI MAXIS just reject the MNP process with lame reason due to don't want to lose loyal customers, that takes more time for mnp process

Should have good signal over there, but there might have some "blind spots" , depending on your exact location.

After throttled speed, its 64kbps.

just go to 7-11, buy a umobile RM8 only, use up the preinstall RM5 credit to buy 1 day 500MB broadband to test out, then knowing exact performance at your place. no contract hazard, just RM8.

hey there, i just went to the umobile outlet in penang telling the people there i wanna subscribed to u28 plan (postpaid), and he told me it will take about 2-3 days to take effective. which means now i'm still using my old hotlink line. however the umobile just sent me an sms saying that my porting request has been denied, and ask me to contact umobile at 018-3881318.
may i know if i'll be charged by calling them? as my credit is almost finishing now >_<

your case is charging on your FREE CALL daily 1hour, if you are not reloading and call 1318 would charge

for postpaid they charge the free min / 18cents/min
for 03 or other telco charge their own rate

sometimes they just follow the procedure, if you provide the information that not match with DIGI / MAXIS, MAXIS/DIGI will reject, nothing can UMOBILE do, or provided you are not BLACKLISTED

yup i went to the one at queensbay mall.
i'm not sure about that, will call them and ask later..
but i'm really wondering, isnt it the customer service line supposed to be free of charge?
need to settle stuff (which is not my fault) with them by phone call, but have to charge us for the call, something not right there..
anyway its just a personal opinion, no offence though smile.gif

just sharing my experience as post paid user... and feel free to comment/ correct me if i'm wrong...

* customer service can really suck. then again, i've used maxis and digi. no difference. biggrin.gif but u mobile CS improved a lot since 6 months ago... that time, recall being put on hold for more than 1 hour!!! gave up and hung up.

* they have stupid processes and requirements... like needing passport to enable IDD. and some more need deposit. most telco dun require deposit for IDD anymore la... there is already credit limit for post paid ma... if deposit to increase credit limit for roaming, ok la... plus, some ppl dun have passport leh...

* overseas sms... sending and receiving... seems to be a hit or miss. meaning... sometimes dun get the sms at all. i found out recently that my overseas fren sms to me did not arrive after he emailed and asked if i got the message. not sure of this is related to IDD (i have yet to activate IDD since where got ppl carry passport around everywhere!? myKad also they dun accept...

* callerID dun appear properly... i was calling my phone from office number and the number appeared as my office general number instead of my extension... called my colleague's phone... appeared as my extension. so, it's probably some system settings on u mobile's side... small issue... but can be annoying. coz... how to call back to the person if number dun appear correctly?!?

but all in... still happy la... it's really value for money. i want fast download... and u mobile gives me that.

yup i went to the one at queensbay mall.
i'm not sure about that, will call them and ask later..
but i'm really wondering, isnt it the customer service line supposed to be free of charge?
need to settle stuff (which is not my fault) with them by phone call, but have to charge us for the call, something not right there..
anyway its just a personal opinion, no offence though smile.gif
*
i will go there next week to enquiry first...
now i cannot end my current digi due to my monthly subscription end on 7th of every month...
i will come update here later...

sometimes they just follow the procedure, if you provide the information that not match with DIGI / MAXIS, MAXIS/DIGI will reject, nothing can UMOBILE do, or provided you are not BLACKLISTED

this is WHAT MAKE UMOBILE STAND OUT apart from other 3G telco doing here:

umobile single simcard can use for normal phone call or phone call + data or only data usage.

unlike the other telco, this card only for data, that card for phone+data, and that card only can call no data.... wub.gif end up sucking lots of money...

Hi guys...

I see many time people asking about data coverage and the answer is outside of umobile3G areas, it'll fallback to maxis2G now right?

then how about for normal calls and sms? it will also fallback to maxis right?

All this will be done automatically in the background? or I have to keep checking if there's signal and manual select maxis?

Of course the first option should be switched on to enable data.

untick the "use only 2g network"
that option will use 3g by default, and will auto switch to 2g when 3g is not available

If I subscribe to Umobile blackberry prepaid plan and then use the BB as a wi-fi hotspot, will I incur extra data charges? Cuz it says that if I use it as a modem it will, but no mention if I use it as a wi-fi hotspot.

oh...u need to suffer another 1 year for the lauzy coverage ???? i cant imagine how u going to live with that.... anyway, here is the advise for potential umobile or even other telco customer.... i strongly suggest they either buy a prepaid line test use for 1/2 weeks before decide for a long contract, or even they can mnp over to the telco they want, but without contract, use it for sometimes then only decide want to sign contract or not.... my fren from celcom to umobile was doing that, he mnp from celcom to umobile , test for 1 month, then only take up the s3 package. another fren mnp from celcom to maxis, use 2 months also then sign up 2 years contract.

error 628 is your service provider issue,... connection terminated by remote computer,. notworthy.gif

u can try this:

1. click on the network icon present in the task bar & find your broadband setting.
2. Right click on that setting and select properties.
3.Click on security tab and change the data encryption setting to any other setting except "require encryption" setting.

if still not working, contact u mobile notworthy.gif

but actually right, how much do they charge me for the BIS plan? besides the RM34 every 2 months for 600mb.

I'm trying to see is it more worth it to go for normal RM28 per month or this BIS one.

I'm not using a BB. just a normal smartphone.

Only Umobile give you this, but since Umobile signal (UM3G) is not available in your place, forget it smile.gif

take U28, Postpaid, its 1GB data at rm28/mth, comes with free sms too

call rates are charged only when you use voice, if you seldom call out, its worth it......

but then again UMi28 (rm28/mth) is okay too but data quota is only 500MB

can I know about contract periods for prepaid and postpaid? This is with MNP yea. not just buying the prepaid pack from 7-11 or singing up new postpaid plan.

Are there minimum amount of months I need to sign up?

currently there is no "tie-in period" for MNP-ed account, meaning u can port out if u are not satisfy with Umobile, however if you take Postpaid with Device, there will be CONTRACTED and u cannot port out till the Contract expires icon_idea.gif

currently there is no "tie-in period" for MNP-ed account, meaning u can port out if u are not satisfy with Umobile, however if you take Postpaid with Device, there will be CONTRACTED and u cannot port out till the Contract expires  icon_idea.gif

allright. so since I have my own device already, I can opt out of postpaid or prepaid anytime I want even after I have MNP-ed?

can I know about contract periods for prepaid and postpaid? This is with MNP yea. not just buying the prepaid pack from 7-11 or singing up new postpaid plan.

Are there minimum amount of months I need to sign up?
*
Well, what previous person suggested to you is by getting Prepaid UMobile simpack (super cheap already) at nearest 7-11 store and have a test drive for 1 day. If you're happy then straight up MNP your previous number. Or if it's no good in your area and other places you frequented, then you can stay with your current provider.

By doing the above, in case you're unhappy with UMobile service, you won't risk losing some perks on your current provider (eg: Maxis ONE Club, telco points, etc). IINM, there's no such thing as 'grace period' or 'opt-in period' or even 'tie-in period'. Once you MNP, you can only go back to your telco by doing another MNP process. Means that you gonna lose all your previous loyalty benefits (if you got any).

Mind you, MNP do take time (easily 2 days). And you gonna pay for registration fee, advance fee, bla bla bla in case you wanna revert your previous telco on postpaid, just like when you're starting fresh before. Plus, with some telcos having adjustable call rate based on usage (in case you're currently on celcom), your bill will be prorated but then you gonna start back with higher rate once your billing cycle starts. And if you intend to revert to prepaid, some telco can only proceed that at centers (Celcom).

Trust me, save all the hassles by trying UMobile on prepaid card first, just go buy any number. Been there, done that. Easily saves lots of headaches, money, and petrol in case you're not satisfied.

finally the air time bonus was in yesterday night, took around 72 hours to work out, not 24 hours as they claimed...

is this due to lots of users now....? or pure system slow respond matter

Unlimited in Umobile context = Speed is Unlimited within Quota, meaning it can go as high as 42Mbps.......

MB68/U68 Quota = 5GB

Don't expect too high hope in the speed. Mainly you need the umobile 3g signal in order to enjoy higher speed.

That why i need to test it. I dont know anybody who has umobile from kuala terengganu as me. For me, download speed is second priority. High Upload speed is what i want most. Good upload speed is good for online storage and mirc server since my friend and i decided to create one. Not for chat but for script # protection testing... Hehe

Recently, I signed up the phone bundle with U Mobile U28 for 2 years. I paid for the phone with cheaper price and there is an advance payment RM2xx for this smartphone bundle.

As promised by their officer during signing up, this advance payment will be knocked off / offset for the first 7-8 months bill. In this case, I don't have to pay for the first 7-8 months if I don't actually make phone call or send more than 200 sms.

However, things do not go the way as they promised because they keep billing me RM 28 + RM 3 itemised bill + 6% tax for consecutive 3 months.

About a month ago, I called up the 1318 for complaint with report number but never come back and also went to the U Mobile service centre (which I signed up) but I was told they would sort it out.

Yesterday, I called 1318 again.
Don't mention about waiting time which took me 10 mins. vmad.gif Look at U Mobile facebook. People complain like hell for their 1318 in every post of their promotion. No one picking up the call.

The consultant over the phone said that the previous report about a month ago has not yet been resolved. He is lodging new report now for my complaint.

Secondly, does anyone know how this autobilling / additional 250mb work? I signed up autobilling and they started billing since last month. No additional 250mb came in last month and this month.

Is U Mobile so bad? vmad.gif

i guess u did it the wrong way

should be like this

topup any amount, rm10 will do, make an International call after the rm10 topup, then on your next topup, say rm50, you will get 15% bonus on that rm50 topup, ie rm7.50

topup any amount, rm10 will do, make an International call after the rm10 topup, then on your next topup, say rm50, you will get 15% bonus on that rm50 topup, ie rm7.50
*
eh method change? last time i top up 50, call google, after 2nd days i get extra amount... no?

mine RM1.50 credited after 72 hours.

called to same nation, several months before: RM40 top up, received sms no long after making the call (whereby that time my main intention was not getting bonus air time, was really need to call overseas with enough credit).

last week to same nation, main intention is to get air time bonus, = 72 hours waiting.

they read my mind... (joking)

just be patient wait till u got the sms notification, called their cs hotline waiting 10min also no one bother pickup. morning, noon or night.

so as i know hotline = operator that only take you go around the garden

customer service = pay bill, subscribe package

Umobile is the fastest growing Telco in the last Quarter, Lets hope that they will improve on the Billing and CSO area..

Btw, most area that was not covered with UM3G previously are beginning to get roaming under Maxis3G now........

yes, a lot of ppl still prefer maxis over umobile althought i told them umobile offer cheaper, same network coverage as maxis, no shock bill, cheaper phone package, and a little "low" level is cs compare to maxis...but end up,all my fren look at maxis only. they still think that umobile as a company that anytime will close shop even though i told them the boss is vincent tan, berjaya group boss and s'proe telco join venture....

looks like maxis brand name really hard to replace in a short period of time...

umobile once very dumb and noob over 2008-2009, still the boss is VINCENT TAN
i think that proves nothing
btw we are just looking umobile as the 10 years ago DiGi, they even provide worse service than umobile now, but they keep growing, BRAND NEW umobile after 2008-2009 disaster only 3 years, time to go

the only thing i can think of, is to select 3g/2g mode in the phone setting, then search for networks, click on Maxis. then click select network automatically again.
