got one of my fren suscribe to umobile with data plan. Problem is the telco ask my fren to apply the data by following this web http://www.u.com.my/how/phone-settings.

Once, type in the number, it stated the device not available for the service.

My fren is using Dell Streak 5. Anyone? any idea?

do u mean i have to go to phone settings->wirless & networks -> mobile networks -> Access Point Names?

Problem is when i get into Access Point Names, the screen appear nothing?

Correct me if im wrong.

Added on September 11, 2012, 4:29 pmi found the answer...sorry. it was fren's phone, so i dont know the setting much for add APNs...

Manage to add the setting and able to use it...
