Hi, i juz now topup RM30 to subscribe U28 broadband. But i got this sms when trying to subscribe u28 "ur prepaid account does not have enough credit balance or prepaid validity to subscribe to this service. kindly reload and try again. tq"

I check the credit balance and stated RM30 but my account expiry shows 27/7/2012. If someone here know how to solve this problem, please assist me. Thanks.

Just discover that my account has been passive. Can i activate back a passive account?

Yup it was delay for about 1 hour plus. I successfully activate u28 broadband after that. Thanks for reply bro. smile.gif
