what happen to umobile today.i cant connect at all when using wcdma network type.keep getting error 628 and 619..while using gsm network type i can connect..any problem with umobile network?i already log report to customer service and they have open case to their technical department..my area in setiawangsa.anyone having same problem?

thanks chuahcs, i have tried that step mentioned.but the problem still there..the thing is umobile told me their technician takes 5 working day to resolve this stupid issue..

i bought new sim also same .haha..or suddenly umobile block connection using 3g usb modem?but the gprs/edge successfully connected..

Is it possible umobile now separate the data and voice sim card..caused prepaid user cant connect using 3g usb modem anymore?

Yesterday, while checking at umobile center AU2 . the problem happen to prepaid and postpaid user.unable to connect even full coverage.keep getting error 628/619.obviously when in gprs network, the connection was successfull but when in hsdpa/wcdma mode. it getting mentioned error.is this related with their network integration with maxis recently?

obviously the connection back to normal after 11PM..the problem started 3 days ago..begin 7PM - 10PM++

DAY4: Having same problem..issue start after 8PM - 11PM , then it become stable after 11PM.. did umobile having maintenance or cannot handle too many users anymore? the ping response to google is more than 3000ms and always time out.. normal ping response should be 100ms -200ms ..anyone can having same problem?
