juz wanna share my most horrible exp wif uM.got my bill need to pay my broadband for month of june,after 2 days wnt to Berjaya Times Square to make payments.Come there suprise : SYSTEM DOWN a.k.a cannot make payment  .next week came suprise AGAIN: SYSTEM DOWN!!   coincidence?.nvm,next week i will come again.few days later got message about my outstanding bill then afterwards i've been disconnected. .went again to service centre,suprise....suprise....suprise....!!!!SYSTEM DOWN!!! ask the staff there but seems like i'm invisible,they pass me from other counter to the other till i'm upset & juz went home.coming again by the end of the month & almost give me a heart attack! guess what...???yes u're right : SYSTEM WTF DOWN!!!!lost my patient,almost shout at the staff but still can't make payment.call the service centre want to filing a complaint,asking them about my balance quota since they disconnect me earlier on.managed to use only 1gb from 5gb quota & they said it will be forfieted since it's already the end of the month,feel cheated .they said will lodge a report,need to wait 3-5 day & they will call back.waiting...like crazy    no response,called back again to the service centre,trying calling million times but no answer.when finally been answered this is what they said to me "yes sir,your complaint had been filed,i'm looking at the monitor right now,you still had to wait for them to called you".lost hope.went to the service centre to make a payment and asking about my complaint & my oh my...to my suprise!!!there's no record about my complaint   .she asked me about my complaint record number but i said the operator didn't gave me any number at all.then had to filed complaint back again & had to wait another 3-5 more days.which is already due,not only i've been treated like a piece of s**t,in the end i've lost my quota plus ended paying additional RM10.00 to connect back my internet plus my bill.next week if no call from them i will bring this matter to the consumer tribunal!!!

Just sharing for Sarawakian users... Living in Sibu..
not too sure if there is any reload centers in sarawak for Umobile..
3G speed constant 1~3 mbps... highest 6mpbs(afternoon)
coverage for sibu, not bad... consider as good as other operators.. but i think no reload center here..
