If you are prepaid, make your IDD call from a place with 3G using 1310 budget, call Singapore, Hong Kong only 14 cents/min. I spoke less than 30 seconds and paid 7 cents to get the 15% bonus.
Not sure about post paid, but I guess should be the same... |
