QUOTE(tengster @ Jun 26 2012, 02:40 PM) Not easy to juggle time after naik pangkat to IBU. Thank you for making excuses for me . But really, I dont feel good about not running. Last weekend we ran at Denai Alam. People who live there have no excuse not to run. It's such a nice neighbourhood QUOTE(tenno @ Jun 26 2012, 02:42 PM) Hei... Hey you should bring him to Singapore Marathon.. Kids Dash.. can push in stroller also. We've been doing it for 2 years already (first when baby was about 2 months old).. It's our yearly activity as a family

QUOTE(dude1218 @ Jun 26 2012, 08:49 AM) i still remember my 1st FM, that time my HM can finish around 1:58. Once i ran FM at PNM11 till 25KM my leg starting lose energy and pain make me finish in 5:39, At that time i knew lack of long distance mileage, so i keep on train and able improve at PBIM11 clocked 5:18. But PBIM i need walk last 10k, due of injury and back pain. After my injury recover in Jan 2012, i start do 30km LSD with few runner from here during ENR12 able clock at 4:39 with cramp leg. Just 9min to clock 4:30, we decide do more LSD and SCKLM i able to clock 4:01. so clocking sub2 in HM dosen`t mean anything, More weekly mileage is more important. You're great, man. I will be finishing my studies in UKM next month which means I will have no running track to practise when I get back to my hometown in ipoh.

QUOTE(ccube @ Jun 26 2012, 06:32 PM) Hey choi. Just want to ask if those compression tights are really going to give better performance? What's the difference between those of normal sports brand (Nike, Reebok, etc) and those of 2XU?
