well before this, i din realize there are so many types of running way.

I tot I am mid-foot landing, but i checked back my scklm 2012 photo, my pattern is heel striker as well, btw i am still able to finish half marathon within 1 hour 56 min without any special feeling of my legs.

That's the first time i ever heard a nike that can last that long.. you sounds like a season runner for that kind of consistent mileage.

my shoe has only run like 400km+ since january and it has been worn out, probably something to do with my heavy weigth

is it considered long ? half year saja wor...

around 3- 5 times/week, 8km - 13km/time, btw even sick i also got run, my weight is 60kg with 168cm height

thinking of what shoe should i get next hmm.gif

nothing to concern about the breathing..your body will know how to breathe when running..just breath in a way you feel comfortable..in case you feel hard, slow down your pace and your breathing will become smooth.

I used to calculate breathing at beginner level..but feel non-sense at the end.

y even 5 months of jogging, 1 week at least 3 times, there isnt any improvement much.

10k @ 55min, cant get to 50min. folo google 10k in 40min, but cant......

height 163cm, weight 60kg. do i need to go gym o eat more protein?

do intervel and tempo n easy run, but sometimes cant due to rain ,but 1 week at least 3 times to 5 times run, doesnt seem to improve my time. any solution?

after 6 months of jogging, my best record is 10.4 km (klcc park 8 laps) in 54 min 15 sec, roughly need 52 min for 10km.

I spent 2 months to boost the 10.4km record from 58 min to 54 min 15 sec. After this , it really hard to shorten the time. i tin I need another 3 or 4 months training to finish 10.4km within 52 min.

I would suggest you try to shorten the time required to finish 5km. ur body need to familiar with the fast pace, at 1st, my pace is 6 min/km, then 5.30 min/km, now trying to maintain at 5.15 min/km.

height 168cm, weight 60kg.

using nike free 4.0 now, think mayb it is more suitable for my running style compared to dual fusion, yday achieved a timing of 52 min 23 sec for 10.4km, which is nearly 5min/km throughout whole run. before this best time for 10.4km is 54 min like tat for 2 weeks.

keep running on gym recently....well i must say running in gym is far more easier, i can maintain speed of 12.5km/h for 50 min to 1 hour without feeling hard. If outdoor, 12km/h for 50 min i have to run very hard.
