I targeted below 1:15 hr for speed 10km. Luckily managed to achieve.
START 00:00:00 6:31:52 am -- 5.5K 00:33:14 7:05:05 am 06:03 FINISH 01:08:21 7:40:13 am 06:54 Avg. Pace 06:27 But for sure, I cannot compare with you guys having very good pace. Still dont satisfy with my rank. 1200++ is faster than me.. I was hoping to be in 3 numbers rank only..  |
