not sure how they calculate but I think they must have some sort of formula ba..dont think will reach 20k

Not sure if the below formulas are correct.

Another round of legal fee I guess:-
First 150,000K * 1% = 1,500
Then balance * 0.7% = 1,498
Total * 6% tax = 3,178

Stamp Duty a.k.a MOT
First 100,000K * 1% = 1,000
Then balance * 2% = 5,280
Total = 6,280

Disbursement = 1,000 should be enough gua

Other = 1,000 (???)

Grand Total = RM11,458

If under 350K and first house buyer then good la, MOT - 50%.

She told me the 933 sq ft still have about 20 units to choose from... I ask wah so many geh, she said according to the SA most of it relist because loan not approved... then she ask i heard u all got problem with bank ar... the SA answer oohh only a 1 or 2 bank the rest all ok...

hmm.. good for someone who wants to book nowt.
I went on first day to book. So stressful to see everyone like buy sayur.

Actually, i know the price increase from 20 to 30k from Block B to Block A.
But is it the price increase in Block B itself?

Cement price is increased means house price is increased also. For those who expect market fall, feel disappointed.
