QUOTE(rayzy22 @ Mar 1 2012, 10:06 AM) I live in SK for the pass 3 years, you will traffic is terrible at first but later on you know how to avoid part of the jam Anyway there is back road to kinrara too if you wish to go KL/PJ area and also via SK old town road to KL/PJ. Not bad for a living in SK I would say as it won't feel like staying in a City. Just my thought. |

QUOTE(SK88 @ Mar 6 2012, 08:09 PM) I think should not nore than 330 psf due to no demand as most existing residents going to move out once condo in Cyberjaya completed. The worst is the traffic. If u stay at equine and work in KL, good luck to you. Minimum 1 hour for you to reach bukit jalil highway. I live in equine and I use only 40 minutes to reach Menara TM door step Added on March 6, 2012, 9:45 pmanyway there will be a soft launch end of April according to the SA..can see fences is up at the site n showroom is building right now This post has been edited by jerrymouse: Mar 6 2012, 09:45 PM |

QUOTE(smokey @ Jun 14 2012, 01:07 PM) i think the more potential tenant would be workers in cyberjaya in my opinion... there are bus services in Equine, Rapid KL and Metro Bus...both will pass by Zeva ..staying at equine park, one must have a car coz there are no bus/ktm/lrt here... There are still many student staying in Equine due to food availability and Jusco. LKW university has their own hostel but it is not in cyberjaya but along a back road towards puchong and the hostel place is not convenient at all. There is potential for Equine area to grow, I have been staying there for quite some time and move house frequently..many development is pouring into Equine park and more and more ppl here.. |

I am not sure about now (left Cyberjaya 7 months aly) but from what pass experience (study in cyberjaya + working for total 6 years) the working environment is superb and I like very much due to CBD feel. But for a living with family, it is not my liking due too many foreigner and reckless driver in cyberjaya, and being honest the accident rate is cyberjaya is quite high and incident like "theft, rape, brake in" try to ask around those ppl staying in Cyberia or Crescent (no joke) being going through such experienced I feel cyberjaya is more suitable for investor but not family ppl. Leave aside those "incident" happened in LKW as I dont feel it is appropriate to share it here.
For halal food, I remember the taukey who operate the ONLY chinese stall opposite HSBC at Bus Station there told me that Cyberjaya is a HALAL only area thats why she cannot sell pork bcz I always complain to her how the food taste without pork There are 2 restaurant selling BKT in cyberia (upstair) but when you order and taste it , it is actually "Chik Kut Teh" = Chicken but not pork.....upon asking the boss, I get the same answer as in it is not allow to have non-halal food in Cyberjaya. Well I might be wrong as many things might happen during this 7 months time but just giving my pass experience. One thing I need to stress out to be + point in CB is Cyber Park Cheers |

Thanks a lotAdded on June 18, 2012, 6:10 pm I was there last Sat i and talked to one of Alliance bank officer, he mentioned DIBS and rate up to -2.4%...So far I found out Alliance bank offering the best package...Ambank the worst, the offering is like "take it or leave it"... And we only need to pay 5% of downpayment. so what about our loan calculation? let say financing 90%, will it be 90% of the discounted price? according to SA, she informed me that the 90% loan will be based on the original house price (before rebate)This post has been edited by jerrymouse: Jun 18 2012, 06:20 PM |

May I know can I apply house loan with 2 or 3 bank in parallel? The purpose I am doing this is to see which bank can approve my loan and I do not want to waste any time if Bank A reject after 3 to 4 days waiting and then reapply with Bank B and wait..how can I ensure my loan application will be approved?

I would like to know besides paying remaining downpayment (5%-Rm5k booking) during S&P settlement. Is there anything required me to pay furthermore? Or after signing S&P and assuming bank loan approved. What is my next action?
Could anyone help me on this? |
