Traffic jam happens in the morning peak hours, evening no problem. Looking forward the upgrading lane turning out to Kajang/putrajaya. Minor construction which can ease the traffic, why not? But luckily got policeman on duty every morning. The traffic in fact not so bad as lebuhraya bukit jalil. The queue is from zest until Sunday toll. It takes 2 hours to arrive at PJ. So if I have to rush to pj by this hour I have to take longer distance, opt for Skve then enter NKVE. Lucky still got alternative. For puchong resident, they have no way to escape.

Why do u need to go that way, use Skve and pay only one toll at besraya, u can go all the way to sg besi. Ppl work in kl they don buy here usually, ppl working in puchong, sk, cyberjaya, putrajaya are staying here. Ppl work in kl stay here when mex is ready. By that time u want to buy,it's too expensive.

agree. many access in terms of the land development area.
yes. live like suburban but yet not so far going to city or anyway. and some more equip with all the amenities which easy to access to (not packed and no traffic jam). we have giant and jusco which is very convenient (no need to looking for carpark) for buying basic household needs. when wanna buy for fancy and branded stuff then got to travel to mid valley, klcc or sunway. looking forward the upcoming IOI city mall, wish it will be like these mega malls selling branded and fancy stuff.

but actually there are many other way access to KL, just take 10mins to SKVE then u can link to Besraya, or make a u-turn in cyber to go MEX highway..

As long as u dont go down...location is not a prob...

If want to use MEX, don go into cyberjaya, follow sognboard,go further down another exit. That route is smoother and the road is wider and no traffic light like in cyberjaya.

I don like LRT nearby my house. Too noisy and too packed and cars dropped by ppl causing traffic jam. I still prefer low density area yet not too far from kl. so I'm not working in kl so got no problem. I go to kl when it is necessary, Take puncak jalil way no need to pay toll. If to avoid traffic jam in kl, then take MEX. Go to puchong in reverse traffic or going thru bandar kinrara.Go to klang or Kajang , use Skve, go to pj using NKVE.in future there are connection to MEX, SKIP and KIDEX ( no need to use LDP). A lot of amenities close by like wet market, serdang and putrajaya hospital and government office, college and etc. And upcoming IOI citymall.The vast area of bukit hitam forest reserve is giving out fresh air as well.

ZEFER will get bad traffic. Too far deep inside and no way out. I wonder why u r saying well connected.

The advertisement has been put up on the fence along the boundary of the construction site and their show unit is completed 80%.The statue wording of ZEVA has been put up also but it is not painted yet.

But that area is Industrial area and the north south highway is very noisy.ZEVA locates at high area, better.
