hmm~~~ i tot univ 360 & diamond residence is targeting more toward upm students there??  i saw some buses were fetching bunch of UPM students to Skyvilla apartment there too.  equine area still got UPM student market??

diamond square by Andaman is guarantee return bout 8%~ shocking.gif (which i doubt, checkout their thread)

cyberjaya LKW uni got provide hostel gua~~??  the only possible tenant i can think of is....... like their SA said, target those ppl who work at cyberjaya~~ drool.gif
*
I said it's nearer but don't think they are the potential tenant la..
myself was a UPM student..
most of the students in local u are not come frm a rich family..
so most of them will look for other cheaper houses in sri serdang/bkt serdang..
don't think zeva rental within their budget..

but not for other lecturer + families.. brows.gif

Full flexi must maintain current a/c. Current ac shall need to pay upfront set up fees RM200, and monthly maintenance fees RM10. Every withdrawal of access money from current ac is foc.

Semi flexi need not maintain current a/c, so no Charles on any ac. But in case to dump in money to off set principal,it's dump into loan ac, saving ac only for the purpose of auto debit monthly installment. Every withdrawal, charges RM50. Must give bank notice.

You dont need to go to the banks to apply for the home loan. Call the bankers, they would be happy to meet you up somewhere else.  You can even get them to email you the form, you sign and email back to them with your supporting docs so that they can process it right away.  Then, once your loan is approved, you meet them to sign the original application form and the letter of offer.  After that, if not mistaken, for full flexi loan, I think you have to go to the bank to open the current account, etc.  But this can be done after you have signed the S&P and paid the balance 10%.

So: apply loan -> loan approved -> accept the letter of offer -> make appointment with lawyer to sign S&P and pay balance via cheque (you may pay to Trinity directly at the sales gallery via credit card which some banks offer 0% up till 18mths) -> sort out the loan part: open account, etc.

Wow!! Can do it that way!?
It's good to hear that.. thx for your info bro notworthy.gif
