got an offer for 380k for a top floor 881sq unit. facing pool. i think unit was buyer got rejected by loan.

any comments by all the props sifus here about this zeva apartments? As area looks quite promising with quite a few developments coming up soon. many thanks

Recently many new condo also has 50m-length pool, guess this is a trend for high-cost condo nowadays.
In Seri Kembangan area, I guess only Zeva and O2 City have 50m-length pool.

My unit is facing south, kinda special floor plan, L-shape one
It is type C, what about yours?

Past by Zeva sales gallery today, noticed there are less cars than previous weeks, guess most of us hv settled S&P and Loan Agreement, congrats
