Start selling today as pre-launch ..881sqf 2br 342888- 2% (today) + -5% pre launch

I have already registered my interest but so far have not received news about the pre-launch. Trinity must be more professional.

ooohhhh BBB = buy buy buy... thanks...

hhhmmm but based on the google feedback, seems like 3 element overall package is much better...
no mention of dibs in zeva here... if add into all this interest then might be not so attractive dy...

looks like a lot of ppl only get 85% financing man...

i really pity those who cannot afford to pay higher down payment like trap in between... or worse still waiting for the bank approval...

no wonder bank ppl told me approval nowadays very strict... impose macam macam condition...

till now I haven't got confirmation.... really champion for those bank speed nowsaday
*
Bro, actually u cannot blame the bank for being slow... if your credit standing is good and strong, within 7 working days the bank will come back with the letter of offer for you to sign dy...

As a part time mortage consultant normally if you have not so good credit then the bank will take longger time to do additional checking on you... if u see the time taken is too long, then if can get approved also god bless dy...
