QUOTE(nomeames77 @ Jun 22 2012, 03:02 PM) When you do your tax returns, that's BE form and after you filed the BE form, you will be given a receipt. If you did e-filing, you can print the BE and receipt. Thanks got itAdded on June 22, 2012, 3:24 pmMy OCBC is approved today; 90% MOF and -2.40%. The bank is preparing the Letter of Offer now, and will assign my loan to the S&P solicitors. |

QUOTE(oldsilver @ Jun 25 2012, 02:55 PM) Developer only bare the fees on SPA side. All fees on loan agreement side will need to be paid by you. However you can finance them as well. So it means I still need to pay about 2% of my loan amount rite??But the loan officer said that I can negotiate with the lawyer on this, and the lawyer is from the developer as well Does this mean that the lawyer handles charges 2 legal fees, 1 at the S&P side and another at the loan side?? |

QUOTE(Wk24 @ Jul 2 2012, 08:51 PM) I suppose for those who made booking during first day launching, this week should be the last week for them to sign SPA? Wondering who has presented 2 rejection letters to claim back the booking fee so far? They cannot gv a reject letter as they did not 'reject' ur offerFor OCBC that cannot accept due to quota full, can they issue rejection letter with such reason? More like they cannot accept ur office Confirmed with OCBC SA on this Added on July 2, 2012, 9:28 pm QUOTE(oldsilver @ Jul 2 2012, 08:40 PM) My guess is 2 lots as both are in the entitlement package. Suggest you check with the developer. Did any bank verbally informed you about the approval? Juz got the verbal approval this eveningCos I saw some that have the verbal approval but still no LO after about a week Tat's y a bit worried This post has been edited by Zer07: Jul 2 2012, 09:28 PM |
