The way I see it, SK is developing quite rapidly so I guess the price will be around there. Well of course the price lower the better in term of psf hehe
how much do you estimate Zeva will cost? btw what is the price for 3 elements?

Call up trinity hq this morning, for the time being as to day 18/6/12, only Al Rajhi and Ambank doing DIBS, other banks still waiting for approval!

Hopefully Trinity Group could have an official announcement on panel bank..

what's mean of "revised mark up price" claim to be "bumi release"? not so understand...

Hope that trinity will finalize the panel banks soon. Somemore we are expected to get our loans approved and pay bakance of 10% within 14 days to enjoy the package that they are giving.

Hahaha, this piece of news has already been long debated but till date no one knows this project is going to be realized or not. 

The Zest is selling 400psf only. Zeva is selling more than 400 psf (block A 881sq). Is Zeva really a good buy?

You mean the zest or zeva? For the zest i just use RM480K/1204 ~ 400psf.

I see. I was referring to 881 sq block A (as written earlier). Bigger size is cheaper and of course block B is also cheaper. i came across one not so favorable facing (facing pinggiran vista) also selling at 360.50 psf only. If this is facing swimming pool, i guess it is around 380psf.  Still quite high to me.

I got RM501,888 (After discount ard RM476,800) for a 1356 sq units; which is ard RM350 psq. facing putra walk. For those facing old apartment even cheaper
