I get to know from the OCBC banker that they have increased the quota and no problem for submission. But I think is better to submit to all banks so that we can compare their rates and services.

RM50 / 365 days = +/- RM0.14 cents per day only......... LOL
If no use, then put aside lor. Later activate jor hand itchy..... hehe

Bank told me if you use a minimum of RM50 (can't remember if yearly or monthly), then the fee can be waived (they will still be charging you, then you will need to call and it will be deducted on the next bill). My current credit card also like that.

My credit card only waive the annual fees but sad.gif not the service charge cos the charge is leived by the government

If u are saying annual fee, for this card it is free for life as i know. Then shouldnt charge u on annual fee but service which is from Gov as Charlierboy61 said.

The gov tax they curi curi waived(or "absorb") as well when I told them to cancel the card. End up I'm still using it. laugh.gif

after nearly 3 weeks, I still never received any update from lawyer about sending photocopy of S&P and loan agreement.

Anybody get their copy? May I know how long would it take normally?

And regarding Strata Tittle, the lawyer say we need to pay ourselves. We need to pay after staying for 3 to 4 years from the completion date. Estimated would be around 10k-15k based on my purchase price.

i'm still waiting for my copy, if i recall correctly, lawyer said it'll take about 2-3 weeks
