1. Download and fill in the forms (3 copies) at here: http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php...id=73&Itemid=74
alternately, you could obtain the forms from TTPM offices.
2. Submit the forms together with supporting documents e.g.: police report, bank in slip/statement, and etc.
3. The related parties, i.e. Tan Kean Beng, Woon Kian Fatt, and Beh Khay Mee will be invited to a hearing at the place which you file your claim.
4. Should the respondent(s) absent for the discussion, the court will could instruct the respondent(s) to pay for the claim.

In a phone call dated 5 Jan 2012, 10:40am, a guy named Steven claimed that Lelong had sent the cheques out to some victims, had anyone received the cheque?
Lelong is no way near to sending out our claim.

I'm asking my friend help scan and email me what ever details to me as they don';t know everything. home office closed, all slip there they help me clear on it and scan for me.

Lelong has started to review BPP claims under this con case, so, guys, do not wait any longer!
Lelong's responsibility (correct me if i'm wrong):
1. Qiling is a verified seller with BPP, thus, all its buyers are under BPP protection in which we are eligible to obtain a compensation of no more than RM1000 per transaction should the seller runs away.
2. Lelong claimed that drop shipping or pre-order is not under the protection of BPP, however, a seller shouldn't be verified and listed with BPP should he sells any drop shipping products. As such, lelong doesn't even check its verified sellers from time to time.
