We bid and trust a store member because lelong give a BPP to the store and now thing happen, lelong just take off the BPP logo and walk away?? I dont think lelong can keep it self away just like that.. |

Yap.. that what the BPP say.. "Maximum compensation is RM1000 for each transaction". That mean most of the victim here will get they money back under the BPP..

It show that the claim can only be initiated no sooner than 30 days and no later than 90 days from payment date. But i still shock with Qiling is a conman. Because i receive my bid item on 20/09/11 that about a week before the thing go wrong.. |

Well... Qiling is no place to find so searching for him will a bit of wasting time and manpower, but i sure that 1 person involve that can't run and can be found - Lelong. Lelong approve Qiling as store member and give BPP to the store, so when this kind of incident happen Lelong can't simply take BPP off like nothing happen and ask buyer to shoulder the lost. Buyer bid because store member should be 100% safe than individual seller and a BPP is a + for buyer to trust the store member.

If you are the only one / two victim in the area and afraid police say bla bal bal to you.. Maybe you can ask for wakil rakyat assistant (BN or Pakatan all can) opinion and maybe he / she can company you go for reporting. Remember to tell that assistant how serious this matter and amount involve. This will sure bring some attention for your case.
