i'm totally disappointed with our police, with more than 100 police reports made, all details about the conman were provided, still, we got nothing.
maybe they really got some important cases to get, and they would say:

Saya membuat pembelian iphone 6 dari Leyance pada 29/01/2015 apabila melihat iklan iphone 6 nya di ebay.com.my. Saya telah bank in RM2080 ke akaun CIMB 7057503164 atas nama Liau Siew Kim. Saya dimaklumkan iphone 6 akan dihantar oleh distributor dalam masa 3 hari. Nama distributor enggan diberitahu oleh Leyance. Selepas 2 hari apabila saya meminta tracking no, Leyance berkata distributor tak dapat hantar barang dan dia akan refund duit. Leyance berkata akan refund selewat-lewatnya 26/02/2015. Apabila tarikh tiba, dia tidak refund duit, tidak jawab panggilan dan wats app.
Saya telah membuat report polis pada 27/02/2015. No report polis 001770/15.

Sehingga kini, Leyance masih berani membuat iklan di ebay

Based on the sample of police report first page, you hardly win the case. (technical error). How can you write it as "penipuan" , should be "diperdaya"

anyway, it had been years, and i doubt there was any concrete investigation being carried out...

After this happen, I'm no longer dare to buy anything from lelong.
