what to do with this kind of fraud. qiling just a clever type of fraud. planning the fraud long long time ago

but this time i think not that easy. i think he really run liao. just refund few money to victim so that victim thought that he really doing refunding.

should LELONG also take responsiblilty of this fraud seller? since the seller is under BPP and LELONG simply take off BPP status of seller. from here we can see LELONG dont want to take responsible to this case.

Compare to sue Qiling, if we sue on LELONG would be more easier or not?
