Malaysian buy/sell websites not for human to use one.

It's either COD or buy from ebay & with paypal. ebay even have purchase protection for some items.

lelong.com.my is considered one of the more popular buy/sell site in Malaysia. What kind of improvement have they done since day 1? Why not apply to accept paypal or at least a system where payment goes through lelong.com before reaching the seller? Besides harbouring conmens and counterfeit products, what else can lelong.com.my offer?
