I know your problem and understanding you very busy now. May I have my phone (Huawei U8800 IDEOS) back than I can send to warranty center myself, I thing the phone order from China or Malaysia also is Huawei Brand , there should be can accept for warranty. If you already or confirm send my phone to warranty here, can I have have the detail I can follow up with warranty center.
So, I hope you can reply my mail I want my hand phone back.
