I still remember there is a Con case which involve a culprit name Ting Seng Hui.... what happen in the end.... Quiet down already.... Why I should ask?

It is because victims themself sometimes are not dedicated enough to get the job done, most of them give up half way due to discouragement.

May I suggest that all victims should gather at one place, held a serious meeting/briefing, get to know each others, collects evidence, then all go and make police report at same Police station. This will be more effective as compared to individually making police report as Teaming up builds more courage to do the right thing.

Elect a person to take charge of monitoring the case. Hell!!!! if all victims already gather, put in a little bit of fund lar, RM10 / RM20 a person gather the fund hire Private Investigator or someone to monitor or oversee the whole operation.

If really DEDICATED, AND I MEAN DEDICATED to see this kind of Conman get what he deserve, really there is not shortcut unless you just want to let it go....

I was once CONNED by my OWN business partner for RM40k, the feeling of getting con is very shitty one i know..... ONE advised guys, Perseverance!!!!

Hi Guys, nice to see you all taking a BOLD step in doing the right thing. I would just like to add-up on my recommendation earlier why you guys should really team-up and made police station in one go, reason (Due to my pass experience dealing with PDRM).

1.) This is a Commercial Crime.
2.) You will be assign to a Sergent / Inspector.
3.) He/She will call you up to arrange a 2nd metting to interview you the get further details on the case.
4.) He/She will tell you it is a Civil case which will ask you to go to Civil court to make another Report.. (This will cost you RM40). then the court will claim for you... Why? Amount so little.... less than 5k.....

Point No.4 will normally happen since it is a Single Case in his/Hers portfolio.

Why i ask you all to go together... Let's put this way..... If that single Sergent / Inspector have 10 or 20 of you guys case which point to the same person or suspect..... How will he/she react? PDRM investigator all have quota and case to finish one (KPI).... True, we are PDRM customer... If they want promotion, KPI mesti cantik... THINK guys.....
