Lelong approve Qiling as store member and give BPP to the store, so when this kind of incident happen Lelong can't simply take BPP off like nothing happen and ask buyer to shoulder the lost. Buyer bid because store member should be 100% safe than individual seller and a BPP is a + for buyer to trust the store member.
